We’re seeking an ADMS Applications / Sales Engineer who bridges technical depth and customer engagement — helping drive sales, configuring systems, and ensuring reliability, performance, and utility satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support pre-sales: gather customer requirements, lead demos / proof-of-concepts, respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Post-sales: configure, deploy, test ADMS modules (e.g. FLISR, Volt/VAR optimization, outage management, load flow, switching).
Train customers, prepare documentation, drive system acceptance.
Troubleshoot live system issues, work with development/support to deliver fixes.
Provide input into product roadmap based on customer feedback and field insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or similar); BSEE .
3-8 years’ experience in ADMS, SCADA, OMS, or similarly complex utility systems.
Strong understanding of electric distribution networks.
Technical skills: scripting (Python, SQL, etc.), familiarity with utility protocols (e.g. DNP3, IEC), system integration.
Excellent communication: able to translate technical detail for customers and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel (25% U.S. Travel)
Nice-to-Have
Experience in presales or solution engineering roles.
Knowledge of regulatory & compliance standards (e.g. NERC, IEC).
Experience with cloud/virtualization, cybersecurity in utility systems.
Prior experience with leading ADMS vendor platforms.
Integrate with hardware/firmware, SCADA, GIS, communications systems.
Very Competitive base salary + bonus and very good benefits. (U.S. based company) (salary quoted does not include Bonus)
