Inventory and Product Specialist
Meierotto Jewelers is Kansas City’s leading jewelry store. We are located just minutes north of downtown Kansas City.
We are actively searching for an Inventory and Product Specialist to join our team. A successful candidate must be a hands‑on, proactive team player with acute attention to detail. This full‑time position is responsible for data entry and merchandise accountability. The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, detail oriented and organized.
Responsibilities
Inspect, process and tag new and existing inventory and add pricing and other details
Utilize technology to generate spreadsheets and data to update price and inventory database
Retain and organize files and records of invoices
Communication with existing vendors for orders or invoice discrepancies
Quality control of incoming products and product data
Process photographs for inventory items
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Highly proficient with data manipulation using Excel spreadsheets and formulas
Extreme attention to detail
Efficient and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work Saturdays
Work hours & Benefits This is a full‑time position and will be located on site. This is not a remote position. Typical 5‑day work week is Tuesday‑Saturday.
