The Financial Consulting Group (FCG) provides sophisticated financial underwriting and analytical services for the clients of the world’s largest commercial real‑estate services company. This is a rare opportunity for the right individual to be an outstanding part of this team. What You’ll Do

Underwrite commercial real estate using Argus Enterprise and Excel. Develop disposition strategies in conjunction with team members and clients. Communicate directly with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers and clients. Prepare analyses relating to both landlord and tenant real‑estate strategies. What You’ll Need

Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for commercial real estate. Understanding of mathematical/financial concepts (e.g., discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV). Effective quantitative and analytical skills in combination with outstanding communication skills. Self‑starter who is detail oriented. Ability to manage time effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
