The Role We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to help lead our next phase of growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hitting targets, embraces challenges, and is driven to become one of the top-performing sales professionals in the industry.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding Opal’s customer base, such as generating new business, building lasting relationships with agency leaders, and driving revenue growth. As one of the early members of the go-to-market team, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape our sales playbook and influence how we scale.
What You’ll Do
Identify, prospect, and close net-new business opportunities
Serve as the face of Opal, reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to our platform
Conduct research to identify high-value prospects and build targeted outreach strategies
Lead outbound efforts including cold calls, social outreach, and email campaigns to generate pipeline
Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile and hand off to the sales team when appropriate
Build strong relationships with prospects to deeply understand their needs and pain points
Maintain accurate tracking of sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar high-impact role
A track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
Relentless optimism and resilience, such as hearing 'no' only fuels your drive to win
Strategic thinking and creativity in outreach and deal development
A collaborative mindset and the desire to grow with a close-knit team
Passion for fintech, advertising, and adtech, and curiosity about complex technical products
Bonus Points
Experience in digital ad sales or agency business development
Prior experience working directly with advertising agencies
Proven ability to close deals in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
