What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide preconstruction support during the project approval phase, including historical cost data and contractor purchase order development
Manage internal project budgets and schedules for monthly financial reporting on multiple projects
Oversee external project budgets and communications, including commitment and change management
Conduct monthly forecasts and cash flow analysis, developing executive reports as necessary
Facilitate change order routing and review processes, ensuring accurate accrual reporting for existing purchase orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in project management or cost control
Proficiency in project management, cost control, and scheduling software
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to clearly communicate financial status and schedule details
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in data center projects
Familiarity with Unifier software
East Coast-based candidates preferred for occasional travel
