MDM (Master Data Management) Solution Architect (Hybrid - Atlanta, GA)
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Solution Architect to lead the MDM initiative for the U.S. Animal Health division. This role requires a strategic and technically proficient professional who can bridge business needs with effective MDM solution design and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the MDM solution expert and primary business representative for the U.S. Animal Health initiative.
Collaborate with Veeva implementation partners to define, validate, and deliver technical and functional requirements.
Understand and translate complex business nuances into scalable MDM architecture and processes.
Drive the creation of merge and match rules to ensure accurate and unified master data records.
Define and implement an effective data stewardship process leveraging prior MDM experience.
Provide leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience :
Proven experience in MDM architecture, design, and implementation, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of Veeva, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize data stewardship processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business teams.

Duration : 1 year Minimum. High possibility of extension.
PayRate : Based on experience.
Start date : 1st week in November 2025.
