Senior Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Engineer Role Overview:

We’re seeking a

Senior Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Engineer

to support the design, analysis, and optimization of ride, handling, steering, and braking performance from concept to production. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver world‑class dynamic performance for next‑generation vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and utilize full‑vehicle and subsystem models to support vehicle design and development.

Analyze and interpret simulation data to provide design guidance on vehicle dynamics and durability performance.

Support correlation of simulation results with physical test data and recommend improvements.

Conduct vehicle dynamics assessments using simulation tools and driving simulators.

Collaborate with software, chassis, and system engineers to ensure alignment of simulation results with real‑world performance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of automotive experience with strong understanding of vehicle dynamics principles.

3+ years of hands‑on experience with ADAMS, CarRealTime, CarMaker, or CarSim.

3+ years of experience using MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable design insights.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant engineering experience in vehicle dynamics or simulation.

Familiarity with Python and C++ for automation or data analysis.

Experience with vehicle testing, correlation, and simulation validation.

Exposure to vehicle assembly plant processes and hardware‑in‑loop (HIL) testing.

Strong creative problem‑solving mindset and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
