We handle simple plan‑and‑spec projects to those requiring in‑house design/build expertise. Our project managers, estimators, engineers, and on‑site project foremen work to ensure that every project is designed, planned, and executed efficiently and expertly.

Responsibilities

Ensures all projects are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions

Develops and/or reviews electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts

Leads day‑to‑day design and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning

Oversees scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion

Oversees job start and project closeout materials

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in electrical construction

Greenfield or Brownfield experience

Electrical engineering degree preferred OR relevant electrical construction experience
