Summary : As the Team Lead, OT / ICs SCADA Electrical Engineer, you will spearhead the OT / ICs SCADA Lab team, accountable for providing technical leadership, driving project success, and contributing to strategic planning and innovation. This position is essential to advancing secure ICs / OT research and training in support of national defense requirements. The Lead will ensure the Lab consistently meets stringent customer and DoD mission needs by effectively delegating tasks, meticulously monitoring progress, and proactively reporting to the Program Manager. This role demands demonstrable expertise in virtualization, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / Ansible), network design, programming, ICs, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will independently lead critical projects, mentor junior engineers, and leverage their deep expertise to address immediate high-priority needs while shaping vital virtualization initiatives that directly impact the Lab's ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
