To oversee all the field employees from the superintendents to the laborers, to ensure company policies and procedures are being administered on construction sites. To monitor and troubleshoot construction processes from beginning until completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL OPERATIONS
Review all new projects for assignment of job supervision/distribution of field responsibilities
Coordinate transition of field staff changes
Oversee equipment and tool inventory lists from superintendents
Liaison between superintendents/subcontractors/project managers to resolve field problems
Coordinate the completion of all punch list items with superintendents/subcontractors and corporate, follow up with warranty work
Job site inspections of all projects for quality control
Attend department head meetings, hold field meetings/maintain current meeting minutes, and make field staffing suggestions
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all field personnel compliance to policies, procedures, compliance of OSHA regulations, monitor/approve PTO, perform annual reviews/write ups and sign timesheets
TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES
Project a professional image by meeting DEB dress code standards
Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with building managers, tenants, architects, subcontractors, and DEB employees
Ability to read plans and troubleshoot construction delays
Capable to make independent decisions to accomplish tasks while maintaining construction schedule integrity
CA-OSHA training
Software- Excel, Word, Outlook, and Timberline knowledge
