5:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Thursday
Summary This position is hands‑on and requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Assemblers play a key role in producing high‑quality products that meet strict customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities
Assemble products according to job specifications using hand tools, power tools, hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
Read and interpret measurements accurately (must be able to use a tape measure down to 1/16 inch).
Perform mechanical assembly with some electrical connections and functional testing.
Follow work direction from lead assemblers and experienced employees.
Complete daily production reporting sheets and time cards.
Move material to and from assembly area using pallet jacks and hoists.
Inspect product for quality and accuracy, signing off on completed work.
Package finished product for safe, damage‑free shipment.
Assist other assemblers with lifting or equipment operation as needed.
Provide backup support for warehouse tasks including pallet banding, skid building, and loading/unloading trucks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch (required).
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Ability to follow instructions, work within a team, and meet production timelines.
Must be safety‑conscious, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
