Impact you’ll have
Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering function, including hiring, mentoring, playbooks, and processes
Establish best‑in‑class demo assets, tooling, and narratives to demonstrate value at scale
Increase win rates and expansion by elevating demos and POCs
Shape go‑to‑market by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to bring solutions expertise into product strategy
Build a culture of systematic knowledge capture that scales our expertise—instil a systems‑minded approach where every net‑new solution and recurring pattern is documented for internal and external learning
What You’ll Bring
5+ years as a high‑performing Solutions/Sales Engineer or equivalent analytics/operations role
Management experience (at least 2 years leading teams)
Technical depth in SaaS integrations and platform architecture
A collaborative, organizational mindset with a track record of building scalable teams and processes
Strong communication and team‑scaling abilities; proven partnership with Sales, Product, and Marketing
Demonstrated project leadership and a growth mindset in fast‑changing environments
High bar for quality of work and attention to detail
Systems‑minded and prior experience scaling a team
Nice to have: SQL expertise (not required but helpful)
Compensation Range US$200,000 – US$250,000
