We’re looking for a skilled handyman or maintenance technician to provide consistent, full‑time residential repair services in the San Francisco area.

Base pay range $40.00/hr – $40.00/hr

Signing bonus Qualified candidates receive a one‑time $500 sign‑on bonus after successful completion of training and remaining onboard for at least 30 days.

Regular hours – Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; no nights, weekends, overtime, or on‑call.

What You’ll Do

Perform residential home repair and maintenance across multiple trades.

Complete projects including carpentry (doors, trim, framing, repairs), painting and drywall patching, plumbing (toilets, faucets, minor repairs), electrical (fixtures, outlets, small wiring), and smart‑home device installation.

Manage approximately 40 residential homes within a small territory, building strong homeowner relationships.

Provide outstanding customer service and serve as the trusted handyman for each home.

Use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.

Job Requirements

5+ years of handyman or multi‑trade experience.

Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical; experience as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician preferred.

Experience with residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trades.

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, able to independently assess and fix most home issues.

Attention to detail – clean caulk lines, professional patching, painting.

Customer‑friendly attitude – excellent listener, strong communicator, proactive.

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and personal tools.
