FSQ Auditor - 2nd & 3rd Shifts
Starting Pay for FSQ Auditors is $23.20 per hour + $0.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Rochelle Foods LLC is hiring FSQ Auditors for our food processing production facility located in Rochelle, IL. Successful candidates will enjoy competitive wages and benefits. Current vacancies are available for varying shifts with opportunities for overtime, including weekends. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Applicant Requirements
Standing in one spot on a work stand or workstation except during breaks and lunches.
Working on short notice, working 8-12 hrs a day, several days in a row if business dictates, and mandatory overtime through the week and weekends.
Working day, evening, third shift and/or weekend shift.
Working in an average temperature of 35-45°F or less.
Working with various types of raw, chilled, processed, or ready‑to‑eat meats.
Following strict sanitation requirements: wear hair nets, beard nets, avoid jewelry, nail polish or fake nails, and wash hands frequently.
Following safety requirements: wear a hard hat, eye and ear protection, vinyl gloves, and hand/foot protection.
Practice safe working procedures in accordance with Rochelle Foods safety policies.
Job Duties
Conduct audits & inspections and complete associated paperwork.
Label verification.
Random online quality & specification audits.
Weight control.
Housekeeping.
Monitor and ensure all Food Safety & Good Manufacturing Procedures are followed.
Conduct monthly GMP audits as needed.
Perform pre‑operational inspections as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience
Quality Control experience.
Flexibility to work different days and shifts as needed to cover employees on vacation or leave.
Detail‑oriented and proven record as a QC auditor.
Basic computer and math skills.
