The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the accounting processes necessary to prepare financial statements that meet all regulatory and accounting guidelines. You will be responsible for identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping set up control systems. The role supports the Senior Accounting Manager and works closely with other finance leaders. Duties

Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting for all assigned legal entities (US, Canada, Australia). Participate in month‑end close process; prepare monthly journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations. Prepare monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts; research and correct account discrepancies. Assist with external audit and tax support; prepare schedules required for year‑end financial statement audit and 401(k) plan. Advise on the application of GAAP to financial transactions and statements; assist with implementation of new standards applicable to the company. Assist Senior Accounting Manager with developing and updating financial policies and procedures. Recommend and drive continuous improvements for accounting processes. Assist with managing compliance of policies, procedures and segregation of duties. Complete 1099 tracking and printing. Manage fixed asset data; ensure assets are set up properly for book classification and years of service. Assist finance teams with budgeting requests related to fixed assets. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Assist with special projects as required. Participate in treasury functions such as cash forecasting and reconciling cash accounts. Qualifications

B.S. degree in Accounting. CPA or MBA designation encouraged, not required. 3+ years minimum experience. Corporate manufacturing or public accounting experience, including work with manufacturing companies. In‑depth knowledge of GAAP. Strong proficiency in general ledger management and account reconciliation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud a plus). Continuous improvement focus. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong time‑management and ability to handle multiple tasks during month‑end close. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Company Values
