Staff Accountant ($70,000–$80,000) - On-site in Dallas
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a company in the investment management industry, located in the Dallas area. This position plays a key role in supporting the finance team with the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, cash operations, and audit support, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements along with ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Support cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and debt compliance.
Process vendor payments and manage investment funding documentation.
Assist with audit and tax requests by compiling supporting schedules and documentation.
Provide general financial analysis and administrative support to the accounting and finance team as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
At least 2 years of tax experience in a small to midsized firm.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative team setting.
