Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
Financial management: manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, and implement accounting controls.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; oversee audit and revenue cycle management.
Prepare and oversee all bookkeeping and financial reporting functions; monitor billing and collection processes.
Manage cash flow planning and fund availability; develop predictive models and financial analyses.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to CEO and Board of Directors.
Reporting: financial statements, budgets, forecasts, P&L, KPI dashboards, and related metrics.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures; lead finance staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role in a healthcare practice with $20+ million in annual revenue.
Experience as Controller, Director of Finance, or Accounting Manager.
Experience with multisite accounting/reporting and consolidation of financial statements.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounting software (QuickBooks).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Leadership and people‑development skills; ability to lead change.
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
Essential Skills
Effective communication of financial information.
High accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Familiarity with healthcare‑specific financial regulations and compliance requirements.
