Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Business partner to the Chief Operations Officer, Revenue Cycle Services
Conduct day‑to‑day financial analysis for the Revenue Cycle Services organization
Develop revenue and financial planning models with Revenue Cycle Services leadership
Provide financial leadership and stewardship across the organization
Manage and drive the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy of the financials
Lead monthly financial reporting for the Revenue Cycle Services organization, both internally and to the Private Equity sponsor
Analyze monthly results versus budget, forecast, and key business KPIs
Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting and planning processes
Participate in system implementations, migrations, and automation projects
Provide audit support, including substantive and controls‑related work
Perform ad‑hoc analysis and related projects as assigned
Education Desired Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Specific Knowledge & Skills Required
3‑5 years of experience with financial planning & analysis
2‑3 years of financial/revenue modeling experience
Experience with medium to large company accounting
Critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Private Equity‑backed companies is a plus
Familiarity with SaaS software business, including bookings and ASC 606 revenue recognition
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data query/management tools
Experience with Oracle NetSuite Financials and Salesforce.com or similar systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Requirement to work 4‑5 days in the Alpharetta, GA office and minimum 40 Mbps internet download speed
Supervisory Responsibilities None.
