What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred.
1+ year of admissions or healthcare experience, ideally within mental health or addiction recovery settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re empathetic, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities.
Familiarity with community resources, treatment coordination, and client documentation.
Professional phone etiquette and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
What You’ll Do
Conduct pre-admission assessments and ensure all criteria and documentation meet facility and insurance standards.
Interview clients and families to understand needs, verify intake criteria, and provide guidance on treatment options.
Collaborate closely with referral sources and treatment partners, supporting smooth communication and positive outcomes.
Coordinate admission logistics — including transportation, scheduling, and paperwork — to ensure a seamless intake experience.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our CRM and support the flow of admissions through follow-ups and waitlist management.
Complete insurance verifications and pre-certifications in alignment with company policy.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, helping maintain a safe, calm, and professional lobby environment.
