Where You Come In

You will lead cross‑functional teams in structured problem solving and statistical data analysis to solve problems through root‑cause understanding.

You will be hands‑on with equipment ranging from manually operated equipment to advanced automation to investigate and troubleshoot issues.

You will design improvements for equipment and manufacturing processes that will improve product quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

You will perform equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure equipment meets specifications, performance, regulatory, and business requirements.

You will collaborate across groups including Regulatory, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Process Engineering to bring the best possible experience to Dexcom patients.

You will write instructions and provide training and coaching to technicians and operations on best practices, new and existing procedures.

You will be part of a diverse and multicultural organization that works with a global team.

What Makes You Successful

Experience driving improvement in machine performance, test methods, validation standards and manufacturing processes.

Use of analytical tools such as Structured Problem Solving or DMAIC to drive continuous improvement.

Deep knowledge of PLC software, HMI software and machine vision systems.

Total system perspective to create high‑performance solutions where mechanical, electrical and software components interact with people.

Flexibility in a fast‑changing environment and ability to prioritize projects while maintaining timelines.

Detail oriented, organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Travel Required 5‑15%

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5‑8 years related experience or a Master’s degree and 2‑5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2‑4 years experience.

Analytics, manufacturing, or medical device experience preferred.

Salary $111,100.00 - $185,100.00
