What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
Perform checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems and support implants post sign-off
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM products and solutions
Assist in managing consignment inventory and daily coverage logistics
Stay updated on new products and solutions, completing all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across organizational levels
Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proven ability to maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
