A dynamic team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President in Product Marketing. This is a high-impact role where your strategic thinking, discretion, and organizational excellence will shine.

What You’ll Own
Complex calendar and travel management (domestic + international)
Executive-level meeting planning, event coordination, and briefing prep
Acting as a proxy for approvals and communications
Partnering on strategic projects with HR and Chief of Staff
Leading and mentoring within the admin team
What You Bring
5+ years supporting C-suite leaders in fast-paced environments
Expert-level skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Impeccable attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management
A proactive, collaborative spirit and leadership mindset
Location : Daily presence required in Milpitas, CA
✈️ Travel : Up to 15–20%
Extras : You’ll be hands‑on with logistics, meeting setup, catering, and action tracking
