Key Responsibilities This job is responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies and ensure goals are met. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends and communicates to leaders and partners the statistical analysis results and predictions
Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Required Qualifications
SQL Programming Experience
Data Mining
Understanding of call center performance metrics, processes, systems, and technologies
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) specifically the ability to create and manipulate pivots from raw data and create high quality presentations
Desired Qualification
Knowledge of Collections and Recovery business
Familiarity with Consumer Card and Consumer Vehicle Lending products, operations, and strategies
SAS experience a plus
Understanding of LOB/Enterprise data repositories

Pay range: $66,000.00 - $123,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
