Position Overview The Project Manager serves as the key point of contact and overall leader responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all project activities to ensure successful execution of administrative and operational objectives. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a multi-functional team, maintain performance and quality standards, and ensure the efficient delivery of services. The Project Manager provides direction, oversight, and guidance to staff in the areas of administration, information management, records, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and day-to-day management of all project personnel and activities to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison with senior leadership, stakeholders, and staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all functions.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations to meet performance goals and milestones.
Oversee project performance, budget management, and reporting to ensure alignment with established objectives and deliverables.
Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze workflows and business processes to identify efficiencies, implement process improvements, and enhance productivity.
Monitor quality control measures to ensure all outputs meet established standards and expectations.
Assess and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, or compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations to leadership.
Provide on-site coordination and technical support for meetings and events, including troubleshooting audio-visual (AV) equipment when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project or program management, administration, or operations.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience managing diverse teams and complex projects.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Experience in administrative services, office management, records management, human resources support, or procurement.
Strong background in quality control, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Skilled in using project management and data analysis tools to support decision-making and reporting.
Bachelor's degree required; Business, Management, or related discipline.
Required Skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management software.
Certification Requirement
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Clearance Requirement
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
Salary Range
Estimated range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
