What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead strategy and roadmap for the activation and expansion product team, focusing on onboarding and growth experiences

Define and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for schools using AI and product-led growth principles

Communicate strategy and progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners

Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, and data teams to enhance in-app onboarding and upsell experiences

Analyze data and customer feedback to identify friction points in activation funnels and prioritize improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment

Proven experience managing growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable outcomes

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of product metrics and funnel analysis

Ability to prioritize effectively and drive impact in fast-paced, ambiguous settings

Excellent communication skills for building strong cross-functional partnerships
