What You’ll Be Doing As a Lead Teacher you will work side‑by‑side with teachers and families to provide a nurturing, home‑like environment for children, following NAEYC guidelines.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in one assigned classroom.
Create developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities reflecting NAEYC standards.
Curate programs based on children’s interests and learning styles.
Maintain a warm, clean, and safe environment that supports growth.
Partner with families to develop individualized plans for each child.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about child progress.
