We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
QC/QA Specialist
to join our team. This role will play a critical part in maintaining the quality and safety of our cosmetics products. You will be responsible for overseeing product and raw material testing, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), deviations, document control, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be vital in supporting our commitment to delivering premium, safe, and effective beauty products to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GMP regulations throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct routine quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Analyze and document test results to ensure compliance with product specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to GMP standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective quality control measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives. Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances. Develop CAPA plans to address root causes and prevent recurrence of quality issues. Develop and implement corrective actions to address deviations and prevent recurrence. Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, inspections, and reports. Develop, review, and update SOPs to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to employees on SOPs and quality processes. Stay updated on industry regulations and quality standards, ensuring that products meet all applicable guidelines. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering). Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO). Experience with quality systems management, CAPAs, deviations, document control, and SOPs. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when identifying issues and solutions. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
