seeking an experienced
Purchasing Manager
to lead their procurement operations. This high‑impact role focuses on driving cost savings, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute purchasing strategies for residential construction projects.
Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, terms, and quality.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets, forecasting, and inventory.
Lead and mentor a team to improve efficiency and profitability.
What You Bring
10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in residential construction.
Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
