Essential Job Functions
Attain comprehensive training across various positions within Ballyhoo Hospitality.
Lead a team with integrity and foster open communication.
Cultivate and maintain culture focused on respect and inclusion.
Lead and partner with management team in daily operations.
Partner with marketing team in all and any marketing initiatives.
Ensure menu quality standards are met during each guest experience.
Achieve company objectives in sales, F&B cost, labor cost, service, hospitality, quality, restaurant appearance, sanitation and local law compliance.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to established cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with the restaurant’s accounting policies and procedures.
Process bi‑weekly payroll for entire restaurant staff.
Write weekly staff schedules.
Follow company guidelines for hiring, training and coaching processes.
Provide assistance where necessary to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are maintained.
Complete weekly assignments as designated.
Participate in the Weekly Managers Meeting.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within the restaurant/hospitality industry is required.
Proficiency in restaurant management and operations is essential.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are a must.
The ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with diverse business partners is expected.
Strong capabilities in managing and interpreting restaurant financials are necessary.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with Restaurant 365, Resy and Toast POS is a plus.
