Summary:
Our client needs a resource to assist the PMO teams with tooling and automation support for project-level reviews, governance, and reporting across portfolios. The role focuses on automating processes to create dashboards, trend reports, and improve overall reporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
Assist PMO teams with tooling and automation to support project-level reviews.
Automate processes for generating dashboards and trend reports.
Improve reporting efficiency across portfolios.
Maintain documentation for automated workflows.
Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts.
Required Skills and Experience
Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
Strong knowledge of Excel functions, VBA, and data visualization.
Programming skills in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or other languages.
Experience with SharePoint Automation and REST APIs.
Database and data manipulation skills (SQL, Power Query, DAX).
Experience with scripting, command-line tools, and batch scripting.
Understanding of APIs, REST, and HTTP methods.
General Skills
Debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts.
Understanding business processes and tailoring automation accordingly.
Clear documentation of workflows.
