We are seeking an experienced
Field Superintendent
to lead on-site operations for residential remodeling and new construction projects. This hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, skilled communicator, and organized leader who can manage multiple trades while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient jobsite. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Manage all on-site construction operations as the primary company representative. Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams. Ensure construction is executed according to approved plans, scopes of work, and project schedules. Enforce adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Oversee jobsite logistics, material deliveries, and work sequencing to maintain efficiency. Quality and Schedule Management
Monitor project progress daily and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays. Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, photos, change orders, and inspection reports. Conduct quality control checks at each stage and manage punch lists to completion. Collaborate with Project Managers and Designers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. Client and Trade Relations
Maintain professional communication with homeowners, architects, and trade partners. Represent the company brand positively in all on-site and community interactions. Participate in client walkthroughs and progress meetings as needed. Site Safety and Cleanliness
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance at all times. Keep the jobsite organized, secure, and clean to maintain a professional environment. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, remodeling, or custom homes. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes. Proven experience managing multiple trades and maintaining project schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable using construction management software (BuilderTrend or similar) and cloud‑based documentation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Hands‑on carpentry or construction background. Personal Attributes
