DSHS Lakeland Village Licensed Practical Nurse 2 (LPN2)
Join the team at Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center in Medical Lake as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 and make a meaningful impact. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with cognitive disabilities, supporting their health, well-being, and dignity. Responsibilities
Provide treatment and nursing care for people who have developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders.
Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans for residents and clients to help improve and maintain health.
Implement care plans, administer medications, and assist the physician and other medical staff with treatments and exams.

Who Should Apply
Professionals with a valid Washington state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or those who can obtain the license prior to employment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to apply practical nursing principles and best practices
Proficiency in performing and interpreting basic physical assessments and treatment techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care

Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
Evening and night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.
