Business Office Manager
to be a
key leader
in our community’s success.
About The Role As the
Business Office Manager , you will serve as the right hand of the
Executive Director , ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will oversee
human resources, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and administrative functions , supporting both residents and staff. While financial processes can be taught, a strong background in HR and staff management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Supervise front desk and administrative staff.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate resident billing and accounts receivable, assisting residents and families with inquiries.
Support accounts payable, working with vendors and routing all invoices from receipt to processing, coding, and submitting for payment.
Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with state and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple schedules and priorities at once.
Strong background in HR and employee management (preferred).
Experience in payroll, accounts receivable, or administrative operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic senior living environment.
Minimum of one year supervising a team preferred.
