Senior AI Capability & Experience Enablement Lead , you will design and deliver

AI powered learning experiences

that strengthen critical capabilities for managers and employees. You will translate prioritized capability needs into working solutions—configuring first party tools (e.g., Copilot-based learning experiences and roleplay practice), instrumenting telemetry, and partnering across HR and Learning, product/engineering, and Responsible AI to ensure compliant, inclusive, and measurable outcomes aligned to Global Learning and Skilling (GL&S) disruption priorities.

As part of this disruption initiative, you’ll lead the development of scalable, personalized, and agentic learning experiences that accelerate workforce transformation. You’ll also own the enterprise-wide delivery and governance of AI learning capabilities—ensuring compliance, impact, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of capability frameworks aligned to business priorities and future skill needs.

Partner with Talent Management and business stakeholders to define critical skills and proficiency models.

Translate strategic workforce goals into scalable learning pathways and agentic experiences.

Drive the development and deployment of AI-powered learning capabilities, including agentic systems, nudges, and personalized skilling journeys.

Partner with engineering, product, and Responsible AI teams to ensure compliance, privacy, and governance standards are met.

Lead experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate AI learning models and delivery mechanisms.

Design and pilot immersive learning experiences that integrate with business workflows and tools.

Champion hyper-personalized, context-aware learning journeys using AI-powered agents.

Drive adoption of in-flow skilling solutions that reduce time-to-competency and improve learner engagement.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement and scale capability-building programs across business units.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate and evolve learning agents and platforms.

Manage stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and communications for skilling initiatives.

Define success metrics and lead evaluation of learning impact (e.g., time-to-proficiency, skill gap closure).

Use telemetry and learner behavior data to continuously improve learning experiences.

Ensure alignment with privacy, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years experience in HR practices or program/project management, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR 10+ years experience in HR practices, technology consultation, or program/project management.

3+ years experience managing large-scale or complex projects/programs.

3+ years of experience with AI-powered learning agents, LMS/LXP platforms, and data-driven personalization.

3+ years of experience architecting AI/agentic or ML-driven platforms at enterprise scale (agent services, retrieval, safety/policy, evaluation) on Azure (e.g., Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Azure ML).

2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios.

2+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.

8+ years in learning & development, talent management, or organizational capability roles.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide skilling strategies.

Understanding of learning science, instructional design, and digital learning ecosystems.

Stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.

Depth in data & integration architecture (content lakes, metadata/skill taxonomies, event-driven/microservices, vector search) and learning ecosystem integrations (Viva Learning, Microsoft Learn, LinkedIn Learning).

Demonstrated leadership driving governance (ARB/change control), risk management, and executive stakeholder alignment across multi-team programs.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing personalized learning and skilling experiences—leveraging skill ontologies, role-based capability models, and AI-driven recommendation engines to deliver adaptive content, assessments, and career pathways for upskilling and reskilling at enterprise scale.

Proven ability to integrate personalization signals (e.g., role, proficiency, career goals) into learning platforms such as Viva Learning, Microsoft Learn, and LinkedIn Learning while ensuring Responsible AI and privacy compliance.

Demonstrated ability to apply the ontology to power agentic, inflow skilling experiences (e.g., Skilling Advisor) with Responsible AI and privacy controls.

2+ years designing and operationalizing an enterprise skill ontology/skill graph for learning and talent scenarios.

2+ years agile project management experience – Product Manager or Product Owner roles.

3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.

Experience working in large-scale transformation or productization of learning.

Background in agile product development or MVP experimentation.

Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Viva, Copilot Studio, SuccessFactors, etc.).
