South College Orlando Campus is seeking an experienced Campus President. This position will reside at our Orlando Campus. The Campus President is appointed by and is directly responsible to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities
Lead, direct, and manage overall daily administrative and educational functions of the campus to ensure activities are carried out as appropriate.
Implement policies as established by the institution and ensure appropriate utilization of financial resources per the approved budget for campus departments.
Ensure appropriate hiring, training, and development activities are carried out for campus employees as per South College policies.
Actively and professionally represent the campus and the institution to all constituents, especially the local community.
Raise the visibility of the institution and campus by participating in reputable civic and community organizations.
Work with institutional administration to develop both revenue and expense projections for the campus for inclusion in the institution budget presented annually to the Board of Trustees for approval.
Ensure appropriate daily administration of all aspects of the Title IV programs and adherence to all regulatory requirements as mandated by the State, U.S. Department of Education, and accrediting agencies.
Work closely with appropriate institutional administration in formulating and implementing the strategic plan, including continuing assessment and evaluation to assess institutional effectiveness.
Ensure all student experiences including student enrollment and financial aid activities function to provide an outstanding learning and support environment while also ensuring they are administered in complete adherence to South College institutional policies and legally mandated framework.
Work actively with the Chief Academic Officer and Campus Academic Dean to ensure that all academic offerings are consistent and appropriate to institutional design while meeting the needs of the specific student‑body served.
Provide total campus ownership and alignment to all academic and student graduation outcomes.
Work with institutional administration, campus leaders, faculty, and staff to achieve the highest level of student success/retention.
Ensure that physical plant/facilities are maintained appropriately.
Coordinate and communicate all campus activities relating to reviewing and handling of employee and student matters (i.e., disciplinary, performance, conduct, etc.) and communicate with the office of the Vice President of Talent Management and Human Resources or Vice President of Student Services on pertinent information and recommended actions.
Participate in conferences, seminars, conventions, and state meetings that are beneficial to the institution and campus.
Requirements Education
Minimum of master’s degree (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred)
Experience
4 years of experience in higher education.
Academic credential may be waived in case of experiential qualifications and a plan for attainment of the master’s degree.
