When you accept a position with Volo, you’ll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. This part‑time role offers opportunities for advancement within the company. Lead Coach Responsibilities
Serve as direct contact with kids and families to ensure a safe and fun experience. Run practices for groups as small as 10 children and as large as 50+ children. Plan practice drills using provided resources and curriculum. Lead children and other coaches through program drills in a fun and engaging way. Maintain continuous engagement during practices and identify places where volunteers can help reduce downtime. Lead pre‑game and post‑game huddles that emphasize sportsmanship and mindfulness. Set up and clean up the field each week. Guide volunteers on drills and roles and support them with any issues from parents, players, or venues. Provide administrative support as needed. Report any player, parent, referee, or coach issues to the site lead. Qualities We're Looking For
Passion for sports and social activities. Outgoing and ready to handle anything presented. Punctual and professional. Additional Information
