Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Technical Lead to lead onsite engagements with enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze) with strong client‑facing and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable e‑commerce solutions while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design, development and deployment of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and high‑performance technical solutions.

Oversee the full development lifecycle including architecture, coding, testing and deployment.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards and governance models.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Client Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.

Facilitate regular onsite meetings, workshops and technical deep dives with business and IT teams.

Translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language for non‑technical stakeholders.

Proactively manage client expectations, scope and timelines.

Provide strategic input to help clients optimize their Salesforce investment.

Project Delivery Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA and DevOps.

Manage onsite delivery teams and coordinate with offshore counterparts.

Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks and dependencies.

Support UAT, go‑live and post‑deployment activities.

Required Skills Qualifications 8‑12 years of IT experience with at least 3‑5 years in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.

Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, ISML, JavaScript and Node.js.

Deep understanding of B2B commerce features (account hierarchies, contract pricing, entitlements and order workflows).

Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, OMS and payment gateways.

Proven experience in leading onsite client engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.

Salesforce certifications such as B2B Commerce Specialist, Platform Developer II or Application Architect preferred.

Preferred Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.

Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

Ability to travel and work onsite at client locations as needed.
