We are seeking an experienced
Network Security Engineer
to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network security solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be essential to ensure the availability, performance, and security of client network systems while supporting the adoption of new technologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities
Deliver Performance Technologies security services for clients, including installation, testing, maintenance, and design of security solutions. Apply in-depth understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, load balancing, SD-WAN. Document all new installations, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference. Provide support to both existing and new clients, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution. Transfer knowledge effectively to clients to ensure sustained operational success. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in network and security engineering. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Network or Network Security Engineer. Hands-on experience with Network Virtualization technologies. Strong understanding of Web services, authentication services, TCP/IP, DNS, and network protocols. Expertise in network security systems: Firewalls, SASE, IDS/IPS, WAF. Hands-on experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco or Fortinet firewalls required. Familiarity with Load Balancer solutions and Email Security solutions will be a plus. Exposure to Cloud infrastructure services (Azure, AWS) is advantageous. Professional certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNA Security), Check Point (CCSA, CCSE), HPE/Aruba (ACSA, ACSP), Fortinet (FCA, FCP), Juniper, VMware (VCA, VCP), and Azure/AWS networking certifications will be highly valued. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
