Sr. Product Manager/Director of Product - Creator & Marketing Platforms

Overview

A Quantum Search Partners client—a global leader in digital audiobooks—is seeking a results-driven Director of Product to lead three key product areas: a next-generation Author Portal, consumer & B2B marketing systems, and a self-publishing audiobook platform. Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, this leader will own product vision, roadmap, and execution—driving both strategic direction and hands‑on delivery. The ideal candidate is highly data‑driven, fluent in UI/UX best practices, and experienced in turning customer insight into measurable product and revenue growth. This is a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have the autonomy to build, iterate, and scale products that reach millions of creators and listeners worldwide. Responsibilities

Own and continuously evolve the multi‑product roadmap, defining and prioritizing high‑impact features that advance revenue and engagement goals. Manage daily product operations and ensure all decisions are grounded in data and tied to measurable business outcomes. Lead the agile development process: define requirements, write detailed user stories in Jira, and partner with engineering for execution. Optimize UI/UX across all creator and consumer touchpoints to improve conversion and retention. Maintain visibility into competitive offerings and leverage insights to shape differentiation and positioning. Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and maximize product adoption. Deliver frequent, high‑quality product releases through agile iteration. Define and track KPIs, setting ROI goals and measuring progress against success metrics. Develop and execute strategies to capture and leverage consumer and author data across multiple marketing systems. Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute product launches and growth initiatives. Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in commercial or digital businesses, ideally with ownership of consumer‑facing or web‑based products. Proven ability to make fast, data‑backed decisions that tie directly to business performance. Hands‑on experience with Jira and UI/UX wireframing tools (Figma or Balsamiq). Strong familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot). Skilled in gathering user feedback and translating it into actionable product strategy. Background in digital media, publishing, or consumer SaaS is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. Location & Work Model
