Job Overview Part culture connoisseur, part idea factory, Colle McVoy is seeking a Fame Multiplier who connects the dots between brands and culture to earn outsized attention.
We are looking for a talented earned creative thinker – somebody who connects the dots between brands and culture to concept and execute campaigns that earn outsized attention. This position sits within the emerging Earned Creative + Public Relations discipline and touches nearly the full breadth of CM’s client roster.
Responsibilities
Maintain involvement across a variety of accounts with earned creative needs.
Apply a “solution neutral” mindset to solving specific brand problems and generating best-in-class earned creative thinking and execution.
Draft and present earned creative ideas to current and prospective clients during key planning periods.
Contribute to new business pitches and bring high-caliber, earned-first thinking to the table.
Create strong and effective internal partnerships, leading collaboration across integrated teams.
Remain adept at understanding the potential of emerging tech and platforms.
Push yourself and others out of comfort zones to think differently and be innovative in what we deliver and how we deliver it.
Understand strategic intent of projects and audience/customer goals.
Actively coach and mentor peers about best practices in earned creative.
Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
Exceptional creative chops and experience creating content.
Outstanding writing or art direction/design skills.
Proficiency in the use of generative artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google Gemini, etc.).
Ability to articulate ideas or idea builds to internal audiences and clients.
A grasp of the changing landscape of PR/advertising/marketing, a basic understanding of how brands are built using social, earned/PR, experiential, etc.
360‑campaign understanding and experience.
Persuasive and effective communication.
Strong relationship building.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Five or more years of agency or relevant experience at creatively ambitious agencies or brands.
Experience participating in earned creative activation assignments from start to finish.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Active social media content consumer on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok (minimum), as well as generative AI platforms.
Ability to travel as needed.
Benefits & Compensation At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness options, agency perks, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
