BLS certification is required.

Surgical Tech Certification from NBSTA is necessary.

Must be available to work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.

Must work 1 minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.

Call and DOT shifts are required.
