Job Description
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical requirements
Design and develop software components across multiple systems
Review code and specifications to ensure quality and maintainability
Resolve complex bugs and performance issues
Apply best practices in coding, testing, and development processes
Work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Stay current with emerging technologies and tools
Support and mentor junior developers
Design and manage data models for scalable applications

Skills and Requirements
JavaScript mastery — closures, async/await, prototypes, idiomatic code
Problem-solving & self-starter behavior
React (or Angular/Vue with fast ramp)
Node.js (preferred for backend)
AWS literacy — console/IAM/logs/debug
API fundamentals — HTTP, status codes, pagination, auth
CI/CD experience — owning deploys, rollbacks • DevOps exposure — Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Octopus, Rancher
System flow modeling (not DB schema)
Experience with automated deployments
Typescript (minimal use ~2%)
