ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a

highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (14 16 years)

to lead end-to-end architecture design, solution development, and implementation for enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.

The ideal candidate will act as the

Supplier Portal representative , driving architectural discussions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring seamless integrations with multiple service portal and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

architecture and design discussions

for ServiceNow implementations.

Act as the

Supplier Portal (S2P) representative

in architecture decisions and solution designs.

Guide and oversee

implementation, configuration, and integration

of ServiceNow with multiple service portal and financial systems.

Collaborate with business and process owners to define the

product roadmap

and

translate business needs into user stories .

Drive the entire lifecycle from

requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance .

Support development teams in preparing

technical design documents (TDD)

and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Ensure

best practices, scalability, and performance optimization

in ServiceNow implementations.

Essential Skills

14 16 years

of total IT experience with

ServiceNow Solution Architecture

expertise.

Proven track record in

ServiceNow implementation and integrations

with external systems.

Strong experience with

Supplier/Service Portal ,

Financial systems integration , and

S2P modules .

Expertise in

ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and architecture governance .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
