What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities
Respond to Tier 1 & 2 support requests.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with teammates and customers across varying technical expertise.
Configure and deploy new or replacement desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals.
Respond to all break/fix requests for end‑user resources.
Support team efforts to improve cybersecurity controls and defenses.
Support team efforts for threat hunting and mitigation.
Manage time and resource constraints.
Maintain up‑to‑date project and architecture documentation.
Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and maintenance records.
Monitor system resources for server/service anomalies.
Maintain detailed change history of changes.
Resolve connection issues between users and resources.
