Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Administrator / Architect

About the Role We’re seeking an accomplished
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Administrator/Architect
to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in shaping our enterprise technology landscape. This hybrid position offers flexibility across our key locations — Jacksonville, Norcross, or Columbus — and the opportunity to lead end-to-end architecture, optimization, and transition of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
As a senior technical leader, you’ll guide system design, integrations, and data migrations while ensuring alignment with business goals and long‑term scalability. You’ll also play a key role in our upcoming transition from Dynamics 365 F&O to NetSuite, supporting innovation and digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
architectural design, implementation, and optimization
of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
Oversee the
transition from Dynamics 365 F&O to NetSuite , ensuring seamless integrations, data integrity, and process automation.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into
scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions .
Define and execute
integration strategies
with other enterprise systems, including F&I administrative platforms.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to developers, analysts, and other IT professionals.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure operational excellence.
Identify and mitigate technical risks while maintaining compliance with
security and industry standards .
Deliver
technical training and post‑deployment support
to internal teams and end‑users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification
required.
Proven experience as a
Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator or Architect ; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of
finance, supply chain, and operations workflows
within D365 F&O.
Expertise in
data migration, system integration, and third‑party application connectivity .
Experience in large‑scale enterprise transitions and complex implementations.
Familiarity with
automotive F&I systems
is preferred.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and D365 development tools.
Demonstrated success in
leading cross‑functional teams
and managing enterprise‑scale initiatives.
Strategic thinker with strong
leadership and communication
skills.
Excellent
problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making
abilities.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a
fast‑paced, evolving environment .
