What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field and 8-10 years of experience
Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53/800-171
Understanding of FAA Order 1370.121
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or Security+
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the defense and critical infrastructure sectors
Additional cybersecurity certifications beyond those listed
Previous work with government contracts or agencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
