Your Role And Responsibilities The Technical Project Manager leads the implementation of Maximo for Federal construction and infrastructure projects. This role oversees planning, budgeting, and execution across a range of project types, including commercial, residential, industrial, and public works. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Maximo‑based Federal infrastructure projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade professionals to ensure timely, compliant execution. Oversee project budgets, schedules, permitting, and onsite activities. Ensure adherence to safety codes, legal regulations, and quality standards. Lead project meetings, track milestones, and resolve issues to maintain progress. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Education Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience managing Federal IT or Maximo‑related contracts. Minimum of 5 years overseeing cross‑functional teams and technical delivery. At least 5 years of experience managing Maximo or similar enterprise application projects. Required Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Security Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Experience with Federal construction or infrastructure programs. Familiarity with Maximo implementation best practices and lifecycle management. Strong understanding of Federal acquisition regulations and compliance standards. Proven ability to lead stakeholder communications and manage competing priorities. Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
