We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Interior Designer to join our client’s team. This is a lead role for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of creative vision, technical expertise, and client engagement. The Lead Interior Designer will take ownership of the technical and interior architecture aspects of projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who balances design precision with project leadership, is adept at navigating construction and documentation, and can communicate with professionalism and discretion in a high-end residential environment.

Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design (preferred). An associate’s degree in Interior Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field with strong experience is also considered.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce complete construction drawing sets.
Strong knowledge of construction, building systems, detailing, and materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Asana, PowerPoint, and Studio Designer.
Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with artisans, fabricators, and contractors.
Strong professional network of showrooms, artisans, and product representatives.
Detail-Oriented & Precise – Maintains the highest standards of quality in all deliverables.
Leadership Presence – Confidently leading meetings and representing the firm.
Discretion & Professionalism – Sensitive to high-net-worth clientele and polished in presentation.
Calm Under Pressure – Composed and resourceful when facing site challenges or last-minute client changes.
