Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, DNAC ( must have skill )
Strong hands-on Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches),
Experience in investigating and troubleshooting Wireless (Cisco WLC) issues
Strong hands-on skills in deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls and adding/removing from Panaroma.
Roles & Responsibilities
Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
