Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full‑time Server to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Server, you will represent our restaurant and provide outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for guests. This is a tipped position; hourly pay does not include potential tipped earnings.
Pay & Benefits Pay: $11.00 – $12.00 / hour.

Responsibilities
Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus, communicate specials, answer menu questions, and collect orders.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and adhere to all alcohol service policies.
Accurately enter orders into the point‑of‑sale system and process payments, delivering checks to guests.
Collaborate with server, kitchen, and bar staff.
Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side‑work duties, maintaining clean, sanitized, organized workspaces.
Qualifications
Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
Minimum two years of experience as a server.
Knowledge of beer and liquor.
Benefit: one year of experience as a server in a high‑volume environment and experience with a POS system.
No high school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
Must lift 35 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, possibly up stairs.
Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks.
Shift Details Evenings, Days, Split shift, On call, Holidays, Weekends. Shifts: 8‑hr, 10‑hr, 12‑hr; events; overtime as needed.
